This is a legal agreement between you (“User”/ “You”) and Mys India Global Service, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”/ “We”/ “Us”/ “Our”).

User Agreement
These Terms form an electronic record under the IT Act, 2000 and do not require physical or digital signatures.
By registering on our Platform or by booking an appointment/purchase, you become a registered User and agree to these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract.
If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with consent from a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate your account if false or misleading information is provided or if your use violates applicable laws.
Charges & Payments
Access to the Platform is free; however, we reserve the right to introduce subscription/membership fees in the future.
Product prices are as displayed at the time of order. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
Accepted payment modes include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
Intellectual Property Rights
All text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, trademarks, and content displayed on our Platform are the property of Mys India Global Service.
No User shall copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any misuse, duplication, or unauthorized access will lead to suspension and possible legal action.
Products & Customization
Our primary services include custom-designed ethnic wear made through prior appointments and limited ready-to-wear collections.
For customized / made-to-order products: Returns or refunds are not applicable once production has started, except in case of defective/damaged delivery.
For ready-to-wear products: Returns/exchanges are allowed as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Registration & User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized account access.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on pin code and product type (ready-to-wear vs. custom-made).
International orders may attract customs duties/taxes payable by the customer.

Hacking & Data Security
We adopt reasonable security measures to protect User data.
However, we are not liable for losses caused due to cyber-attacks, hacking, or force majeure events.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, available on the Platform.
Customized / Tailored products are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method within defined timelines.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delays/failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 15 days.
Failing which, the matter will be referred to a sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, and proceedings will be conducted in English.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company.
