Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We believe in delivering the best products handcrafted by skilled artisans and experts, keeping in mind the elegance of traditional fashion and modern trends. We assure the quality of our products and endeavor to provide complete user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered by us, all Exchange & Return of the product shall be governed by this Policy along with our Terms of Use.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning any defect or damage, we will be happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund, subject to the conditions mentioned below.


1. Exchange & Return Process

We offer our customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) garments purchased from our website www.cobia.in

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made / Made-to-Measure / Altered garments are NOT eligible for return or refund, except in case of a genuine defect.

  • Partial returns are allowed for individual products from your order, but not for incomplete sets.

  • An unboxing video and photographs are required as proof in case of damage/defect claims.


2. Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags intact.

  • Products with a “No Return/Exchange” tag are not eligible.

  • Accessories (e.g., jewellery, dupattas, stoles, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Returns and exchanges are permitted only with products of the same or higher value.


3. Exchange & Return Method

(a) Online Returns

  • Login to your account on www.cobia.in → go to log In page” → place an exchange/return request.

  • Return pickup will be arranged in select pin codes.

  • Product must be properly packed, open for inspection at pickup.

If pickup is unavailable at your location, you may courier the product to our warehouse:

  • For self-shipped returns, courier charges up to ₹150 per order will be reimbursed (on submission of courier receipt).


4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you within 2 working days and process a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed only in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defect / quality issue.

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Package lost in transit.

Refunds will not be given in cases of:

  • Minor color/shade variations.

  • Sizing issues due to customer’s incorrect measurements.

  • Products returned in used/damaged condition.

Refunds are initiated within 10–15 working days after verification. Timeline may vary depending on banks/payment gateways.


5. Product Disclaimer

  • Embroidery & Color: Due to the nature of fabrics and handwork, minor variations may occur.

  • Sizing: Refer to our size chart before ordering. Custom fits cannot be returned.

  • Color Display: Actual colors may slightly differ due to lighting/monitor settings.

  • Wash Care: Follow garment wash instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.


6. Exclusions

  • Custom-made / Tailored-to-measure outfits.

  • Altered garments.

  • Accessories & items marked “No Return/Exchange”.


7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes relating to transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.


8. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice.
